The Proy Law Firm was founded by Baltimore lawyer Nicholas Proy.  One of the core values Mr. Proy has embraced in his practice is trying to prevent problems from arising in the future.  One of Mr. Proy's favorite quotes, and the Proy Law Firm's slogan, is an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure (as quoted from Benjamin Franklin).  This core value is incorporated into every document that is drafted and every plan that is put into action.  While no lawyer can guarantee you will be able to avoid all problems, prudence can help reduce the likelihood of problems arising in the future.
