ARRL Volunteer Counsel Ham Radio
Lawyer
The American Radio Relay League (ARRL) is the national
association for amateur radio operators (also known as "ham
radio"). Ham radio lawyer Nicholas Proy
(amateur radio call sign AB3HJ), the founder of the Proy Law
Firm, is not only an extra-class ham radio operator,
but also a proud member of the ARRL and the
ARRL's Volunteer Counsel program. The ARRL Volunteer
Counsel program was established by the ARRL to help ham
radio operators find a local lawyer who is also a ham to help resolve radio-related legal problems, such as radio frequency
interference (RFI) or antenna disputes.
As an active extra-class ham radio operator, Mr. Proy has the technical and legal skills to help you
with your antenna and radio frequency interference (RFI)
matters.
If you have received a warning letter from the FCC or a
notice of apparent liability you should contact us
immediately.
Violating FCC regulations can carry severe penalties and you
may lose your ham radio license!
If you have received a letter from your neighbors,
homeowner's association or local government regarding your
antenna structure or radio frequency interference (RFI), you
should immediately contact the Proy Law Firm for a free
consultation.
