About Me
Since 2009, I have been counseling small businesses on day-to-day operations, representing small business owners at various stages of their business from startup to sale, and advising individuals and families on their estate planning.
I have always embraced the ideals of small business owners because both my father and grandfather have owned their own small businesses. As a small business owner myself, I understand the unique intricacies involved with starting, operating and expanding small businesses.

Hobbies and Interests
Outside the office, I’m an avid vinyl listener and a hands-on fan of vintage analog audio gear, such as turntables, tonearms, cartridges, and all the little setup details that make classic systems so enjoyable. I built a phono cartridge specification database to make cartridge/tonearm matching easier, especially when you’re mixing and matching older equipment. I’ve also added practical tools for tonearm resonance and cartridge compliance matching to take some of the guesswork out of setup. I’m also an amateur (ham) radio hobbyist, and I’ve put together a browser-based toolkit of antenna and RF calculators that I use as a quick reference.
Here are a few pages related to my hobbies and interests.
Firm Philosophy
In my practice, clients are treated the way I would want to be treated.
Honesty:
I am honest with my clients in my dealings. I follow all ethical rules and perform rigorous conflict of interest checks before accepting any matter. I will also provide honest advice that may be applicable to your situation.
Confidentiality:
I treat all client information as if it were my own. I also place a heavy emphasis on client privacy and protect my clients' information.
Flexibility:
I will work with each client to develop a strategy that is personalized: I do not offer "one size fits all" approaches to legal issues. Legal representation is a matter that is personal to each client.
Courtesy and Respect:
I am committed to treating each client with the utmost respect. I will return telephone calls and e-mails within a reasonable time.
